Changing the delivery address for your first card

Your first Monzo card is normally sent to the address you used when signing up.

We can only change this address if:

  • It’s been 30 days or more and your first card still hasn’t arrived, or

  • There’s a small typo in the signup address (for example, a wrong door number or Eircode).

If neither of these applies, your first card will go to the signup address. Once it arrives, you can update your address in the app and we’ll send any future cards to the new address.
