Your new Monzo account
Welcome to Monzo! Here are a few key things about your new account:
Getting Started
To add money to your account: Use your debit card or transfer money from another bank account.
Activating your card: Once your new card arrives, you'll need to activate it in the app. Just tap Activate my card, pop in your card number, and you're all set! Your old card will stay active until you do this.
Account Essentials
Your PIN: If you forgot the PIN you chose, you can recover it from your Home screen. The app will ask you to confirm your identity by entering your CVC, or you can select I don't have my card with me to verify with a selfie video.
Account details: You can find your IBAN by tapping the three dots at the bottom right corner of your card on the Home screen, then tapping Manage Account.
Direct Debits: You can set up direct debits from your new account by giving your IBAN to the company you want to pay.
