Getting your PIN or CVC
If you've forgotten your PIN, had it blocked, or don't know your CVC, you can get a reminder in your app.
How to get a PIN reminder:
Tap Card on the affected account and select Reveal PIN.
The app will ask you to confirm your identity by entering your CVC. If you don't have your card with you, you can select 'I don't have my card with me' to get past this step and finish the PIN recovery flow.
How to find your CVC:
Tap the Card button on the account.
Tap on the three dots beside CVC.
Enter your PIN or use biometrics to see the code.
If you enter your PIN or CVC incorrectly too many times, we'll block it to keep your account safe. You can unblock both by following the PIN reminder steps above. A security reminder: We will never ask you to share your PIN, card number, or CVC with a Monzo employee.
