Getting your PIN or CVC
How to reveal your PIN
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can reveal it in the app:
From the Home tab, tap Card.
Tap Reveal PIN.
Authenticate using biometrics or your PIN.
Your PIN will appear on screen.
Once you’ve memorised it, tap I’ve memorised it.
If your PIN is blocked
If you enter the wrong PIN too many times when making a payment, we’ll block it to keep your account safe.
To recover your PIN:
From the Home tab, tap Card.
Tap Reveal PIN.
Follow the steps to verify your identity. You’ll need to take a selfie video.
Once we’ve verified your identity, we’ll unblock your PIN and show you a reminder of what it is.
How to find your CVC
From the Home tab, tap Card.
Tap the three dots next to CVC.
Enter your PIN or use biometrics to see the code.
Security reminder: We’ll never ask you to share your PIN, card number or CVC with a Monzo employee.
