Can I get a physical Flex card?

All new Flex customers can choose to order a physical Flex card when they sign up.

If you’re an existing customer, you can too as long as your payments are up to date.

You don’t have to have a physical card, you can choose to only have a virtual card and you’ll still get all the same benefits.

To order a physical card, simply:

• Tap the Home icon in the menu bar
• Swipe to Flex
• Tap Manage
• Tap Flex card details
• Scroll down to Order a physical card
