SEPA bank transfers are coming soon
We’re working on bringing full SEPA bank transfers to Monzo, using Irish IBANs. This is one of our most requested features, and it’s a top priority for us now that we’re fully authorised as a bank.
SEPA transfers aren’t available yet. Building and launching them involves a number of steps, including putting the right banking infrastructure in place and testing everything thoroughly to make sure transfers are reliable and secure.
Our current expectation is to begin early testing in March. However, timelines can change as we work through development and testing, so we can’t confirm an exact launch date yet.
We’ll share progress and any key milestones as we get closer to launch. For the latest updates, you can follow our community forum.
