Payment location looks wrong
Sometimes, the map will show where a merchant registered their card machine, and not the exact location where you made your payment. This can happen if the merchant's head office is in a different city or country.
If the head office is outside of Ireland, they might charge you in the local currency. Similarly, some ATM withdrawals may show up in an unexpected location if the ATM provider has machines in many places.
If the payment still looks wrong you can send us a query through the app by tapping on the transaction that isn’t displaying correctly.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on Improve name or logo. Once we’ve got that we can take a closer look at it.
