Approving a 3D Secure payment

You’ll need to approve the 3D Secure verification request within 10 minutes for it to go through successfully.

Keep the browser window you’re using to make the payment open while you approve the request. If you close it, we won’t be able to redirect you back to the merchant once the payment is confirmed.

If you’re not redirected after approving the payment:

If it still doesn’t work, the merchant’s website may not be handling the verification correctly. In that case, try contacting the merchant directly or using a different card to complete the payment.
