Issues submitting your identity video

If you're having trouble submitting your identity video, first check your device's camera and microphone permissions are enabled for the Monzo app.

To check permissions:

  • For iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera/Microphone. Find Monzo and make sure the toggle is on.

  • For Android: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Monzo > Permissions. Turn on permissions for the camera and microphone.

If permissions are enabled and you still have issues, try deleting and reinstalling the Monzo app. Remember to turn off your phone and Wi-Fi router for five minutes before turning them back on and reinstalling the app.
