Bank Transfer Rejected or Not Received

If you’ve sent a bank transfer and something doesn’t look right, here’s what to check.

How long does a bank transfer take?

Most bank transfers arrive the same banking day or the next banking day, depending on the receiving bank. If it was sent outside banking hours, it may arrive the next banking day.

My payment was rejected

If a transfer was rejected, the money never left your account. This usually happens if the IBAN or account name doesn’t match the receiving bank’s details. Check the details and try again.

It shows as completed but hasn’t arrived

If the payment shows as completed, it has left your account and been sent to the receiving bank. The receiving bank may still need to process it.

If it hasn’t arrived after one banking day, contact us in the app and we’ll check it for you.

I sent money by mistake

Contact us in the app as soon as possible by tapping here. We can request the receiving bank to return the funds, but this isn’t guaranteed.
