I Received Money I Don’t Recognise
If you’ve received money into your account that you don’t recognise, here’s what to do.
First, check the payment details in your app. Look at the sender name and any reference attached to the payment. It may be from someone you know or a business you’ve dealt with.
If you’re unsure where it came from, don’t spend the money until you’re confident it’s legitimate.
Sometimes payments are sent by mistake. If the sender contacts you asking for the money back, do not send it outside the app. If needed, contact us first so we can help you check it safely.
