Finding and Downloading Your Statements
It’s easy to find and download all the documents you need, right in your Monzo app.
Downloading Your Account and Pot Statements
Main Account (Personal, Joint, or Business): Go to the Home screen, tap the three dots at the bottom right corner of your card, then select Bank statements. Choose your date range and download format (PDF, CSV, or QIF).
Pots: You can download statements for your Pots in the same way — they’ll appear after your main account statement. For Savings Pots, go into the Pot, tap Pot documents, and select Pot statement.
Paper copies
If you need your statement on paper, you can request a paper copy from our Support team. If you ask, we’ll post it to the address on your account.
Statements for Official Use
All of our in-app statements are original documents and are usually accepted for applications like mortgages or visas.
Statements for Closed Accounts
When your account is closed, we’ll email you a password-protected statement. If you need another copy after that, get in touch with Support or email help@monzo.com
