Proof of address for address updates
If we can’t validate your new address automatically (for example, the app can’t find it or we’re changing your first card’s delivery address), we’ll ask for proof of address dated within the last 3 months, such as:
A utility bill (not mobile)
A bank statement
A government letter
A recent payslip
A driving licence
If you live in student halls, we may also ask for a copy of your tenancy document.
We’ll only ask for documents when we need them to safely update your address. Once everything’s checked, we’ll update your details and, if needed, send a replacement card to the new address.
