There are times when it can be really useful to tell us about your situation – especially if it affects how you manage your finances, your ability to communicate with us, or if you have somebody helping you with your banking.

If you tell us about your circumstances and explain how we might be able to help, we can use that knowledge to support you better.

Your information will go to a specialist here at Monzo. They'll review your account and see if there’s anything we can do to help.

We'll never share your information outside of Monzo, and we'll always ask your permission before we make any changes to how we manage your account.

You can tell us about your situation using our Share with us tool. This is the most discreet way to share what’s going on. If you’ve already filled this in, you don’t need to do it again – we’ll always follow up with you to discuss how we can help.
