Formal third-party access is a great option when you need help managing your finances due to a serious health issue or simply for planning ahead. This can be based on a legal document, such as an Enduring Power of Attorney or through one of the arrangements provided by the Decision Support Service
If you aren’t sure what type of access might be right for you, the Decision Support Service or the Citizens Information has a lot of helpful information to guide your decision. Alternatively, you can contact your legal representative for advice.
