We have a dedicated channel called Share with us where you can disclose sensitive information directly to the specialist teams, such as financial difficulties, a physical or mental health condition, disability or addiction.

  • We work with you to understand your needs and help you with your account, and we can point you in the direction of support from external organisations too.

Accessing cash
  • You can access cash via any ATM with the MasterCard logo. You can pay in cash anywhere you see the PayPoint logo. Remember: it costs £1 for every cash deposit!

  • We provide our current account terms and conditions in both written and audio format, and we are currently working on how we can make our communications even more accessible. If you would like some extra support or you have a disability, physical or mental health condition that might affect the way you interact with Monzo, let us know.
