Monzo Business: Exporting your data
You can export cash flow data from your Monzo Business account into a spreadsheet using the Monzo app.
This export is based on your cash flow view, not all Insights data.
How to export your cash flow data:
In the Monzo app:
Tap the Insights tab.
Tap Cash flow at the top.
Choose Month or Year for the period you want to export.
Swipe left or right on the graph to select the specific month or year.
Tap Export cash flow and follow the steps to download the spreadsheet.
What’s included in the export:
money in and money out for the selected period
a breakdown by transaction category
a breakdown by merchant
The data is based on completed transactions and may change if transactions are re-categorised later.
