Monzo Business: Requesting an account ownership letter
You can request an account ownership letter as proof of your business account.
It confirms details like your business name, address, and account information (e.g. IBAN and BIC).
How to request one
We can also send it to your registered address if needed.
Important to know:
Only account admins can request this
The account must be active
We’ll verify your identity
The letter can’t be signed or stamped
We can only include factual information shown in your app
A bank statement is sometimes accepted as an alternative if you need proof quickly.
