Monzo Business: Requesting a bank statement
You can download or request statements for your business account.
There are two types:
Bank statements — activity on your main account
Pot statements — activity for a specific Pot
How to download a statement (app)
Open the app and go to Home
Tap Manage next to your transaction feed
Tap Bank statements
Choose a date range
Select PDF, CSV, or QIF
Tap Download
You can also request statements via chat, email, or post (paper copies are sent to your registered address). Pot statements are chat only.
Important to know:
Only admins can request statements
We’ll verify your identity
Monthly statements can’t be changed once issued
