Monzo Business: Your monthly cash flow report
The monthly cash flow report is a tool that breaks down your business's finances for the previous month. It pulls transaction data from your Monzo business account and any other accounts you've connected via Open Banking.
Eligibility & Access: This report is available to business customers on any account plan if they have at least 10 transactions in their business account in the last month and their business account is at least 3 months old.
How to Access Your Report:
You can tap on the notification for your monthly cash flow report at the top of your Monzo Business account's Home screen.
You can also tap on Insights, then View last month’s cash flow report.
You can swipe to previous months in Insights to see past reports if they were generated.
Troubleshooting Your Report:
Incorrect category: You can recategorise transactions by tapping on the transaction in the app and changing its category. This will update your report instantly.
Invoice status is incorrect: Head to the Get paid tab to update the status of your invoices.
Transactions from Connected Accounts: If you’ve connected another bank account via Open Banking (Pro or Team plans), those transactions will be included.
