Changing the delivery address for your first card

Your first Monzo card is normally sent to the address you used when signing up.

The rules below only apply to changing the delivery address for your first card.

We can only change this address if:

  • it's been 30 days or more and your first card still hasn't arrived, or

  • there's a small typo in the signup address (for example, a wrong door number or Postcode).

If either of these applies, contact us in the app and we'll help you update your delivery address.

If neither of these applies, your first card will continue to the signup address. Once your first card arrives, you can update your address in the app and we'll use your new address for future cards.
