Account ownership letters
We can send you an Account Ownership Letter either by chat or to your registered address via post.
This letter includes the following information as standard:
Your full legal name and registered address.
Confirmation you have a Monzo account (including if it's now closed).
Your IBAN and BIC.
The last 4 digits of your active card.
The date the account was opened (and closed if applicable).

Need proof of a payment or transfer?
If you need proof of a specific payment or a transfer receipt, you may be able to download a Proof of payment PDF directly from the transaction in your Monzo app.
Find and tap the transaction in your feed, then tap Proof of payment.
If you need a document showing multiple transactions or a specific date range, you can download an account statement instead.
