Monzo Business: Updating business details
How you update business details depends on your business type.
Some changes can be made in the Monzo app or by contacting us. Others may need extra checks, or need to be updated in official records first.
If you’re an autónomo
If you’re an autónomo, you may be able to update some business details in the app or by contacting us.
This could include your:
business name or trading name
trading address
business activity
industry
turnover
business description
web presence
If your business is a sociedad limitada
If your business is a sociedad limitada, some details may need to be updated in official company records first.
This may include:
registered company name
registered address or domicilio social
directors or administrators
beneficial owners or company controllers
incorporation date
industry or activity
Once the official record is updated, Monzo can review the change.
Other details may be updated in Monzo after checks, such as:
trading address
trading name
turnover
business description
web presence
Changes that need extra review
Some changes may need extra review.
If the new details are very different from the business we approved when you opened the account, you may need to close the account and apply again with the new details.

what you want to change
the new details
why the details have changed
We’ll verify your identity before making any updates.
