Common issues with Monzo virtual cards
If you're having trouble with your virtual cards, here are some common issues and how to resolve them. These tips apply to all virtual cards, whether for a personal or business account.
I can't create a new virtual card: You may have reached your limit for active cards or the number of new cards you can create. You can always check your current limits in the app by tapping on any existing virtual card and scrolling down to the Limits section.
I can't add my card to my digital wallet: You can only remove and re-add a virtual card to your digital wallet 2 times every 24 hours and 3 times every 30 days. If you've hit this limit, you'll need to wait before trying again.
