Managing your virtual cards
Virtual cards have limits to help keep your account secure, and you can easily manage them right in the app. These limits apply to both personal and business accounts.
Card Limits:
You can have up to 5 active virtual cards at any time.
You can create up to 9 new cards over a 30-day period.
You can create up to 100 cards over a 365-day period.
For joint and business accounts, each person can have their own virtual cards, and you can only see the cards you have created.
Card Expiry and Renewal: Virtual cards expire after 5 years. You can check the expiry date in the app by tapping on the card you need to check. When your card is due to expire, we'll notify you in the app and you'll have two options: Renew or Delete. If you don't take action, the card details will automatically renew on the expiration date.
How to delete a virtual card:
Tap on the virtual card you want to delete.
Scroll down and tap Delete.
