Troubleshooting Apple Pay and Google Pay
This article covers general issues and questions you may have about using your Monzo card with a digital wallet.
Removing your card:
iPhone and iPad: Go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay, tap the card, then tap Remove this card.
Apple Watch: In the Watch app, go to Wallet & Apple Pay, tap the card, then tap Remove card.
Mac: Go to System Preferences > Wallet & Apple Pay, click the card, then click the - sign.
Limits for adding/removing: You can only remove and re-add your card 2 times every 24 hours and 3 times every 30 days.
NFC and contactless payments: The technology that makes contactless payments work is called Near Field Communication (NFC). To use your phone to pay in person, your device must have NFC turned on. You can usually find the NFC settings in your device's connections or settings menu.
