Under 16s: What your child can do
Under 16s have a child-friendly version of the Monzo app with limited functionality to keep them safe.
Under 16s can:
See their balance and activity.
View their card and account details.
Use Pots to create savings goals and schedule payments.
Freeze their card if it's lost or stolen.
Customise their app wallpaper, app icon, and profile picture.
Under 16s can't:
Send money to others; they can only receive it.
View their PIN: You will need to show them their PIN in your app.
Order a new card: You will need to order a replacement for them.
Open other Monzo accounts.
