Transaction not appearing in FreeAgent / QuickBooks / Xero

Only 'settled' transactions sync to your accounting software. You can check if a transaction's settled by tapping on it in your feed and scrolling to the bottom. If it says 'pending' above the merchant name, the transaction hasn't settled. Once it settles, you'll see it in your accounting software after the next sync.

For FreeAgent and Xero, transactions sync every few hours, 5 times daily. To check when the last sync happened, head to your 'Account' tab and scroll down to 'Accounting Tools'.

For QuickBooks, you should check with QuickBooks how regularly they sync.
