Turning Bizum off
You can turn off Bizum at any time.
To turn it off:
Open the Monzo app.
Tap Payments.
Tap Bizum.
Open Bizum Hub.
Go to Bizum settings.
Choose Turn off Bizum.
Follow the steps in the app.
After you turn Bizum off:
Payments sent to your phone number won’t come to your Monzo account.
You’ll need to activate Bizum again if you want to use Bizum with Monzo.
If you link your phone number to another bank, future Bizum payments will go there instead.
