Pots: saving and managing money

A Pot is a place in your account where you can set money aside from your main balance. You can give each Pot a name, a photo, and a savings goal to make it easier to save for the things you want. Pots are a great way to stay organised, manage your budget, and work towards your financial goals.

Types of Pots:

  • Regular Pots: These don't earn interest but are perfect for separating money for things like bills or a holiday.

  • Instant Access Savings Pots: These Pots allow you to grow your money with interest at a current rate of 1.6%.

Creating, moving money, and closing Pots:

  • Create a Pot: Tap the + icon on your Home screen, select Create a Pot, and personalise it with a name and goal.

  • Add or withdraw money: Tap on a Pot, then choose Add money or Withdraw. You can also use the Move money option under your card on the Home screen to transfer money between accounts or Pots.

  • Close a Pot: Tap on it, select the Settings icon, then the Bin icon. We'll instantly move the money back to your main account.

  • Archiving a Pot: If you no longer need a Pot, you can archive it. To unarchive (reopen) a Pot, scroll down to the Pots section, tap the three dots, and select Archived Pots. Please note that you cannot unarchive Savings Pots; you will need to open a new one.
