We will never share your sensitive information outside of Monzo without your permission, except for legal reasons. There are a few specific instances where we share your data to provide a service.

Connecting Other Bank Accounts: When you add another bank account or credit card to Monzo via Open Banking, your other bank shares information with us like your balance, transactions, and account details. We encrypt this data to keep it safe. For security reasons, you will need to renew this connection every 180 days. You can remove an account at any time.
