Requesting a copy or deletion of your data
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or ask us to delete it. We can’t always complete your request, but if not, we’ll let you know via an update in the app.
To make a request:
Please contact us and specify whether you want a Data Erasure Request to delete your data or a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) for a copy.
If you are requesting data to be deleted, please be specific about the information you would like to be removed.
If you are requesting a copy, please let us know which data you would like:
All personal data (includes chat, emails, and call recordings).
All correspondence.
Identity verification submissions (e.g., driving license, passport).
Notes regarding a complaint or dispute.
Phone analytics data.
Please also specify whether you would like to receive your data via in-app chat or by post. If you choose post, please confirm your delivery address.

Other Common Requests: If you only need a statement or a letter of account ownership, you can request that directly by tapping the 3 dots on your card home screen in the app.
