Missing "give & get" referral reward
If you've referred an account and were offered referral reward in the app, and it hasn’t come through yet, don’t worry — it usually just means something is still in progress.
ℹ️ Please note: There are no referral rewards for business bank accounts
Here are a few things to check:
Referral link and signup
Your friend used your referral link
They entered their phone number when starting
They signed up using the same phone number
Timing
The 30-day window starts when your friend enters their phone number
They need to finish signup and make a payment within those 30 days
Qualifying payment
A physical or digital card payment has been made.
Eligibility
Your friend needs to be completely new to Monzo
They can’t have had an account or applied before
