Please get in touch with us as soon as you can. The sooner we know what's going on, the sooner we can help so things don't become too stressful for you.

For example, if you've borrowed money from us, we can look at repayment plans or we can give you Breathing Space to help you sort things out. Breathing Space means we’ll stop taking your payments and freeze any interest.

You can also get help if you’re struggling to afford your Monzo Extra plan. For free, confidential guidance about debt and money worries, you can visit theMoney Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS) website.
