Payments to and from some banks might be delayed

Issue sending a payment to or from another bank

We’re aware some banks might be having trouble sending or receiving payments.

Everything’s working as it should be on our side, but if you’re waiting for a payment to go through, that could be why.

If you already sent a payment and it’s stuck, don’t try resending it – that might mean you end up sending multiple payments once the issue’s resolved.

Get in touch with the other bank if you’d like an update or have any other questions. If you sent the payment to someone else, they'll need to contact their bank.
