HSBC transfer hasn’t arrived

Payments from HSBC can take longer because they do extra checks on their side.

If you made your transfer before 6pm

HSBC will process it by 9pm the same day.

If you made your transfer between 6pm and 11.45pm

You’ve missed HSBC’s cut-off time to guarantee your transfer arrives the same day. If it’s not going to arrive on the same day, you’ll see a message in your HSBC app saying your payment won’t be sent until the next day.
