My card hasn't arrived yet

We send cards to UK addresses by Royal Mail 1st Class. If you've ordered a replacement card to an overseas addresses it'll be delivered via DHL.

90% of cards arrive at UK addresses the next day (if you order before 3pm on a weekday), but it can take 2-5 working days if Royal Mail's busier than usual 📮

If it's been longer than 5 working days since you ordered your card to a UK address, go to Help in the app and send us a message. If it hasn't, your card should be on its way to you.

International deliveries may take longer and will vary depending on the country we're sending your card to.

Here's how to check your card's delivery status (and reorder it if you need to) in app:

  1. Tap Home in the Monzo app

  2. Scroll to the account that the card has been ordered for, if required

  3. Tap the Card tab to the right of your transaction feed

  4. Scroll to Replacement section at the bottom where you'll find your card's status
