My virtual card isn't working on my business account

Virtual cards are digital-only cards that live in your Monzo app or phone wallet, and they’re a feature exclusive to Monzo Business Pro.

Each virtual card you create has its own unique details, so you can buy things without using your physical card's details. Once you've created a virtual card, you can use those details to buy things online in the same way you would using your physical card.

If your virtual card is attached to a pot, you can also add it to Google or Apple Pay and pay in person using a virtual card.
