Switching between Business Lite and Business Pro

You can switch between Business Lite and Business Pro at any time. To see what you'll get, you can compare the features of each account tier using our comparison table.

If you'd like to upgrade to Business Pro, or downgrade to Business Lite, you can do this in the Monzo app:

  • Head to your Business Settings
  • Tap on your business account
  • Select "Change account type"
  • Confirm that you'd like to change your account type

If you're upgrading to Business Pro, you'll be charged £5 per month. You'll be charged on a monthly basis, on the same day of the month that you upgrade your account.

If you'd like to downgrade to Business Lite and you have more than one admin on your account, you'll need to get in touch with us to remove the other admins first. You'll be able to downgrade once you've paid any outstanding fees, and you'll lose access to your Pro features as soon as you downgrade.
