My mortgage information is incorrect

There are a few things you can do if you think your mortgage information isn’t right:

  1. Check which month’s payments are included. Most mortgage lenders update TransUnion every month, this means the information we receive from TransUnion can be a month or two old. You can see in the app which month’s mortgage payments are included. We can only update your mortgage once your lender sends over an update to TransUnion.

  2. Compare the information to your lender's online banking. The information we receive from TransUnion is a snapshot of your mortgage and so may not always exactly match what you see in your lender's online banking.

  3. If there is a big difference, raise a dispute with TransUnion. You may want to raise a dispute with TransUnion - they can investigate with your lender and see if this information should be changed.
