Lost, stolen, or found cards

If your card is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can order a new one in the app.

How to freeze your card

  • From the app: Tap the Card button on your Home screen and select Freeze.

  • Without app access: You can use Monzo Web to freeze your card. For a helping hand, you can also email us at help@monzo.com or call +34900759821 from Spain or +34911679247 if you're abroad.

What to do if you find a Monzo card

  • If you are a Monzo customer: You can chat with us directly in the app to let us know.

  • If you are not a Monzo customer: Please email the name on the card to help@monzo.com or call +34900759821 from Spain or +34911679247 if you're abroad.

After you've reported the card, please cut it up, making sure you snip right through the magnetic stripe and the chip.
