Lost, stolen, or found cards
If your card is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can order a new one in the app.
How to freeze your card
From the app: Tap the Card button on your Home screen and select Freeze.
Without app access: You can email us at help@monzo.com or call (+34) 900 759 821 from Spain or (+34) 911 679 247 if you're abroad.
What to do if you find a Monzo card
If you are a Monzo customer: You can chat with us directly in the app to let us know.
If you are not a Monzo customer: Please email the name on the card to help@monzo.com or call (+34) 900 759 821 from Spain or (+34) 911 679 247 if you're abroad.
After you've reported the card, please cut it up, making sure you snip right through the magnetic stripe and the chip.
