Managing your app notifications
You can choose which notifications you receive from Monzo, from transaction alerts to marketing messages.
How to manage specific notifications in the app
Tap your Profile icon on the top left of Home.
Tap the Settings cog.
Tap Notifications.
Use the toggles to turn on or off alerts like Transactions and payments, or News and updates.
To manage all notifications or badge icons:
On iPhone: Go to your device's Settings > Notifications > Monzo. From here you can turn notifications on or off, or toggle the Badges switch.
On Android: Go to your device's Settings > Apps & Notifications > Monzo > Notifications. You should find a dedicated toggle switch for badge or dot notifications.
You can’t turn off all notifications from within the Monzo app itself.
