Managing your app notifications

You can choose which notifications you receive from Monzo, from transaction alerts to marketing messages and emails

How to manage specific direct marketing preferences in the app

  • Tap your Profile icon (top left of the Home screen)

  • Tap Settings

  • Tap Notifications

  • Choose a category like Account activity or Marketing

  • Select the notification type (for example, ‘News, offers and more’)

  • Turn the toggle on or off

To manage all notifications or badge icons:

  • On iPhone: Go to your device's Settings > Notifications > Monzo. From here you can turn notifications on or off, or toggle the Badges switch.

  • On Android: Go to your device's Settings > Apps & Notifications > Monzo > Notifications. You should find a dedicated toggle switch for badge or dot notifications.

You can’t turn off all notifications from within the Monzo app itself.
