How to access a hidden Monzo app
If your Monzo app is hidden or in a private space, you might have trouble opening links we send you.
For iOS:
If you've hidden the Monzo app, it will no longer be visible on your iPhone. To unhide it and open links, you need to disable Face ID for the app.
Long press on the Monzo app icon.
Select Don't Require Face ID.
Enter your Face ID or passcode.
For Android:
If your Monzo app is in a private space, you must use a browser installed within that private space to open links.
Install a browser app in your private space.
Open that browser app and paste the link into the search bar.
Tap Go and then Launch Monzo if the app doesn't open automatically
