Getting support after an account is closed

We understand that this can be a challenging time. If your account has been closed, there are resources available in Ireland to help you manage your finances and find a new bank account.

  • Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS): MABS provides a free, confidential, and independent service to help people with debt and money management issues. They can offer advice, help you work out a budget, and assist with finding solutions to debt problems.

  • Citizens Information: This organisation provides free, impartial, and confidential information on a range of public services, including social welfare, entitlements, and personal finance. They can also offer guidance if you're having trouble accessing funds or opening a new account.
