Closing your personal account
Before you close your account, there are a few important things you'll need to do.
You’ll need to close any Instant Access Savings Pots you have.
Once you’ve done these things, here’s how to close your account:
Bring your total balance to €0, including any money in your Pots.
Tap the Close Account button. You can find this on your profile screen, or by going to Profile > Settings > Close account.
Re-opening your account
If you want to re-open your account after closing it, you’ll need to wait at least 30 days. Please keep in mind that we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to re-open it.
