Setting up a standing order

We no longer accept paper standing orders. If you'd like to set up a standing order or recurring payment, you can do this in the app.

Head to the ‘Payments’ tab, on the top you should see a tab that has ‘Scheduled payments’ or just swipe left. Tap on + sign and enter the details of the account you want to pay to.

When you enter the amount you want to pay, remember to toggle ‘Schedule Payment’ to choose the payment date and whether it’s a recurring payment. We receive your instruction for all the payments at this point.
