How to make a travel insurance claim

To make a claim you'll need to contact your travel insurance provider.

If needed you can also call AXA on +44(0)2037019629 or Zurich, powered by Qover on +44(0)3308085209, Let them know your policy details and they should be able to sort it all out for you 😊

You can find your policy reference in the app from the Premium tab.
