I have a problem with seeing my credit score in app
If you can't see your credit score in the Monzo app, make sure your personal details (like your name and address) are up to date. If they're not, TransUnion won't be able to find your credit file.
If something doesn't look right about your credit score or summary, you can check the information TransUnion have for you at: https://www.transunionstatreport.co.uk/CreditReport/AboutYou
As we get this information from TransUnion, we can't make any changes ourselves.
