Signing up to Monzo Plus isn't working

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to sign up for Monzo Plus

Under 18s - Monzo Plus is only available to people over 18.

Older operating system version not supported - Monzo Plus is only available on iOS 13, android 6 or higher. If your phone's operating system software is an older version than this you'll need to update in order to a newer version to sign up to Monzo Plus.

Not enough money in your account - To sign up for Monzo Plus, you'll need at least £5 in your account to pay the first month's subscription. You can also pay for Monzo Plus with an overdraft if you have one enabled.

Behind on Flex or Loan payments -

If you’re behind on Flex or loan repayments you won’t be able to sign up to Monzo Plus. Once you're back on track, you can then look at signing up for Monzo Plus 😊
