A Microsoft issue is causing IT disruption globally across a number of sectors which may affect travel plans. If possible, you should try to resolve any delays, cancellations or missed departures with your airline or carrier first, as they are more likely to be able to resolve this for you.

If your travel plans have been affected, and your airline or carrier has not been able to resolve this, you can also make a claim for your travel insurance in the app from your Plan home.
