I have a problem with seeing my credit score in app

If you can't see your credit score in the Monzo app, make sure your personal details (like your name and address) are up to date. If they're not, TransUnion and Equifax won't be able to find your credit file.

You can check the information TransUnion holds for you by clicking here and Equifax here.

If something doesn't look right, you can raise a dispute via the TransUnion website above.

As we get this information from TransUnion and Equifax, we can't make any changes ourselves.
